A globally recognised manufacturer is seeking an ambitious Indirect Buyer to join its procurement team. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment where procurement plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting a world-class brand.

Your new role

You will manage procurement activity across a range of commercial categories that directly support the customer journey, including:

Events & Experiential
Brand, Marketing & Communications
Network Development
Aftersales

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support category strategy development and lead sourcing projects from tender through to negotiation and contract award.

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering sourcing projects that drive savings, value creation and risk mitigation
Leading supplier negotiations and managing commercial relationships
Supporting category strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives
Managing supplier performance and contract compliance
Partnering with Finance, Legal, Marketing and operational teams
Presenting sourcing recommendations and commercial strategies to stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within Procurement, Purchasing or Category Management
Strong negotiation and supplier management capability
Experience delivering savings and commercial value
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
A structured and analytical approach to procurement
Experience within Events, Marketing, Agency or Commercial Services categories would be highly advantageous. xwzovoh
