If you enjoy working to clear inspection standards and being trusted to make informed decisions, this could be the right next step for you.   As a Mechanical Inspector, you will benefit from: Competitive Hourly Rate Flexi-Time Scheme 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Life Insurance Sick Pay Free On-Site Parking As a Mechanical Inspector, your responsibilities may include: Inspecting products at planned stages to prevent non-conforming product, including first off, FAIR, final view, pre-treatment and goods in and out Carrying out dimensional and visual inspection throughout all required stages of manufacture Raising NCRs in line with procedure, including labelling and containing non-conforming parts Communicating quality issues clearly and promptly to quality engineers and production Completing FAIRs in accordance with applicable procedures Compiling and approving certificates of conformity As a Mechanical Inspector, your experience may include: Proven experience within mechanical inspection or quality inspection roles Strong understanding of dimensional and visual inspection techniques Experience working with FAIR documentation and inspection records Confidence raising and managing NCRs Ability to follow customer quality requirements and inspection standards such as DSQR or similar Comfortable using customer quality software such as Net-Inspect or equivalent If you're ready to take the next step in your career and secure a role where accuracy and quality really matter, we’d love to hear from you.
