A well established construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Manchester team. The Manchester office delivers a diverse range of schemes across: Public sector Commercial Defence Government estate Infrastructure related projectsThe Senior Quantity Surveyor role will involve: Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties Client facing project delivery Cost management across multiple live projects Supporting and mentoring junior team members Working closely with Project Management and wider consultancy teams Building and maintaining long term client relationshipsThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience Strong public sector project exposure Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion Good client facing and communication skills MRICS qualification preferred but not essentialThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a stable, growing consultancy with strong leadership, a collaborative culture and a significant pipeline of secured work.
