We are currently supporting a high-demand ultrasound project with a well-established NHS service in the East of England. Due to ongoing demand, we are looking to build a strong pool of experienced Sonographers for this long-term opportunity.

Location: East of England (Peterborough / Cambridge)

Start: ASAP

Contract Length: 12 months

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (no weekends)

The Role

Non-obstetric ultrasound (minimal MSK / head & neck)
Adult patients only
Community-based diagnostic setting
Initial site-based training provided, followed by independent scanning
Full training and competency support included (fully paid)

Pay Structure

£25 per scan (approx. £75 per hour equivalent)
Minimum 20 patients paid per day
Typically 21–22 patients booked
xwzovoh Paid for DNAs (no-shows)
PAYE only (non-negotiable)

Requirements

HCPC Registration (essential)
NHS ultrasound experience
Strong general ultrasound competency
Ability to commit to consistent weekday availability
