Management Accountant - UK, Remote

Kerry Robert Associates is recruiting on behalf of a well-established hospitality client for an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering excellent flexibility and work-life balance, ideal for an experienced hotel or hospitality finance professional. You will be working and supporting the Finance Team in producing accurate monthly management accounts and reports. Responsibilities: ​ * Completing monthly management accounts * Posting journals and reviewing first draft of the P&L * Taking ownership of accruals and prepayment journals * Bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations * Maintaining company financial policies and procedures * Monitoring Accounts Payable controls * Supporting process improvements and efficiencies alongside the Finance Assistant * Liaising with external auditors when required * Preparing year-end audit files Requirements: * 2 - 4 years of hotel/hospitality finance experience (essential) * Multi-site P&L management accounts experience (essential) * Strong understanding of hotel P&L and month-end procedures * Finance qualifications or relevant finance education would be an advantage Benefits: * Salary £35,000 plus excellent company benefits * Fully remote working * 37.5 hour working week, with great flexibility * 33 days holidays (inclusive of Bank Holidays) * Private Medical Insurance (which can be upgraded to cover other family members) * Life Assurance * Optional Dental Care benefits (*) You must be eligible to work in the UK
