Job Title: HLTA Location: Middlesbrough Start Date: ASAP Salary: £100 - £110 per day Are you an experienced HLTA confident supporting pupils with SEN needs? Do you have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to lead learning in the classroom? Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential? The setting provides a structured and supportive environment, focusing on inclusive education and promoting positive behaviour across the school. The school is looking to take on a HLTA on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. The successful HLTA will be supporting pupils with SEN, delivering pre-planned lessons, leading small group interventions, and using strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
