A well-established garage in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands-on Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor. This is a chance to take the lead in a busy, modern workshop where quality and customer trust are everything. What you’ll do as the Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor: Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices. Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship. Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team. Requirements of the Senior Mechanic & Workshop Supervisor: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). MOT Tester qualification. 10+ years’ vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus. Why join: Competitive pay.
