* Previous automotive sales experience
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work towards targets and deadlines

* Full UK driving licence

So, what will you be doing?
* Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
* Delivering a high-quality, end-to-end customer journey
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products
* Presenting a strong understanding of vehicles, finance products and accessories
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Proactively generating new business through prospecting and events
* Managing and maintaining your own customer database
* Ensuring all interactions follow FCA compliance guidelines
* Accurately appraising part exchange vehicles
