Corporate Paralegal - Leicester GWR Legal Recruitment is pleased to be assisting a legal 500 commercial firm in the Leicester area who are looking to recruit a paralegal to their corporate team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers and gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality corporate matters. The work the department deals with is interesting and varied, spanning a diverse range of sectors, including things such as:- * Mergers and De-mergers * Sales and purchases of business and assets * Sales and purchases of shares * Management buy-outs * Joint ventures * Company structures and restructuring * Shareholder Agreements * Fundraising * Private equity transactions Experience and Skills Required The ideal candidate for this paralegal role will ideally have: * Previous experience of working as paralegal (experience in corporate work would be desirable but not essential) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Knowledge of MS office. * A keen eye for detail * Ambition and a commitment to continue their learning and development in this specialist area of law.
