Horsham | Full‑time | Office‑based
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Operations Assistant to join our fast‑paced, friendly finance team. If you’ve worked in AP, AR or Cashiering and want a role with variety, ownership and impact, this is for you.
What you’ll do
* Process AP invoices, credit notes and payment runs
* Handle vendor queries and complete AP reconciliations
* Allocate customer payments and manage Direct Debits
* Produce statements and support credit control
* Post and reconcile daily cash book transactions
* Process refunds and weekly expenses
* Support the wider admin team when needed
What you’ll bring
* Experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
* Strong AP and/or Cashiering knowledge
* Confident with ERP/accounting systems and Excel
* High accuracy, organisation and a proactive mindset
* Clear communication and ability to work under pressure
