Management Accountant

Pure are supporting an established engineering company with the recruitment of a Management Accountant, this is role is based in their head office in Ely.  Reporting into the Finance Director you will be the number 2 in finance and will take responsibility for a variety of tasks, the finance team is made up of 4 people. The key duties are as follows -  - Monthly management accounts - including reconciliation of control accounts, accruals and prepayments - Monthly reporting of results and variances, providing feedback to budget holders - Stock valuation - Processing and reconciliation of VAT returns - Providing cover for purchase and sales ledger - Bank reconciliations  - Audit support You will need to have previous experience working in engineering or manufacturing and be confident taking on the above mentioned tasks.  If you would like to discuss this position further please call Kathryn at Pure Cambridge
