Recruitment Resourcer Trafford Park, Manchester | up to £28,000 | Free Parking & Metrolink Access | Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator looking for a role focused on candidate engagement, filling bookings and delivering excellent service to established clients? Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Trafford Park branch, supporting industrial, logistics and manufacturing clients across the region. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you'll play a key part in sourcing candidates, managing bookings and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial application through to placement. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work closely with clients and candidates to ensure workforce requirements are met quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Managing recruitment requirements for existing clients Sourcing applicants through job boards, social media and internal databases Conducting telephone pre-screening interviews and candidate registrations Matching candidates to vacancies and coordinating bookings Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication Completing candidate onboarding, Right to Work checks and compliance documentation Maintaining accurate records on the recruitment CRM system Writing and posting job adverts to attract quality candidates Responding to client and candidate enquiries via phone and email Building and maintaining a pipeline of available workers for future requirements We're keen to speak with individuals who have: Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Candidate Consultant, Recruitment Coordinator or within a recruitment support role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Experience managing compliance and candidate documentation Industrial, logistics, warehousing or manufacturing recruitment experience would be beneficial What You'll Receive Up to £28,000 basic salary Structured training and ongoing development Clear career progression opportunities 23 days holiday plus your birthday off Holiday purchase scheme Health Cash Plan Pension and Death in Service cover Annual company awards and incentives Free parking and excellent public transport links, located close to the Trafford Park Metrolink stop Meridian Business Support is a 3-Star Best Company to Work For accredited recruitment specialist, committed to developing its people and recognising success.
