Private Sector Housing Officer

My Local Authority client in Surrey is looking for Private Sector Housing Officers to join them on an interim basis. It's a steady, well-run team - they just need a few extra pairs of hands to help manage the workload. They are open to hearing from individuals at all levels. What you'll be getting stuck into: Picking up a mix of private sector housing cases Carrying out inspections and working through HHSRS Dealing with complaints and following them through to resolution Working with landlords to get properties up to standard (and taking action where needed)They're not looking to micromanage - just someone who knows what they're doing and can crack on!
