The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their challenges, and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team
Key Responsibilities
- Making 40-60 outbound calls per day using provided data to engage new prospects
- Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Updating and managing the CRM system, capturing key insights and using AI-driven tools to refine your outreach approach
- Driving attendance to webinars and in-person events focused on emerging technologies and industry challenges
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's technology offerings to effectively engage with clients
- Keeping prospects engaged throughout the sales journey and supporting the closing process where required
- Continuously refining your approach by analysing performance and adapting your style to different audiences

- Confidence in building new relationships, both internally and externally
- The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language
- Strong storytelling and persuasive communication skills
- Adaptability in your communication style depending on your audience
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge
- The discipline and consistency required to succeed in a sales environment
- High levels of tenacity and resilience
