Youll manage our services which house customers experiencing working with women and families fleeing domestic abuse.

Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recordedaccurately Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectivesto ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service Why join us?
