The Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of around 150 commercial clients, giving you a strong mix of relationship management and commercial responsibility.
Your focus:
- Retain, grow, and add value to your accounts
- Build long-term partnerships where clients see you as a trusted advisor
- Spot opportunities to expand spend and maximise performance
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Running quarterly business reviews that dive into performance, goals, and opportunities
- Using data and insights to guide conversations and influence decisions
- Becoming a product expert across a broad and impactful suite
- Supporting clients with onboarding, training, and ongoing optimisation
- Leading renewals, pricing discussions, and upsell conversations
- Proactively identifying new opportunities within your accounts
- Keeping CRM and pipeline management sharp and up to date
Split:
- ~60% account management & retention
- ~40% growth, upselling, and new opportunities within your accounts

- Experience in a targeted sales or account management role
- A track record of retaining and growing client accounts
- Comfortable working in a high-activity environment

- Strong ability to use data to tell a story and influence decisions
- Quick to learn and able to become a product expert
- A natural relationship builder with strong xwzovoh communication skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment
