Vocation Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Traffic Management Operatives on behalf of a well-established client due to a major contract win. This role offers ongoing, consistent work across Maidstoneand surrounding areas, with immediate starts available.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable traffic management contractor.

Responsibilities Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems (T1 / T2 / TTMBC)

Work in line with Chapter 8 and all site safety requirements

Assist supervisors to ensure safe and compliant operations

Manage signage, cones, barriers, traffic flow, and pedestrian routes

Carry out site safety checks and report any issues

Work effectively as part of a site team

Requirements Valid TTMBC, T1/T2

Occupational Health / Safety Critical Medical

You must be either PAYE, OR, self-employed and paid via the CIS scheme

Full UK Driving Licence & own transport preferred

(Motorbike licence and transport also considered)

Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test

Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends

Strong health & safety awareness

Reliable, xwzovoh punctual, and good communication skills
