SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant - Hounslow Dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant available for schools across Hounslow. This candidate brings strong practical experience supporting children and young people with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural needs, communication difficulties, and learning differences within both mainstream and specialist provisions. Experienced delivering structured 1:1 support, sensory-based interventions, emotional regulation strategies, and targeted literacy and numeracy interventions. Confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies while maintaining a calm and supportive learning environment. The candidate has a strong understanding of safeguarding, SEND practice, and building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. Adaptable and resilient, they are particularly well suited to inclusive classrooms, SEN resource bases, and specialist settings requiring consistency and strong behaviour support.
