The Role
We are looking for a time-served or similarly experienced CNC Machinist who can independently program, set, and operate both CNC Milling and CNC Turning equipment. You will be responsible for producing complex, high-precision components to tight tolerances from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC milling and turning machines.
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tooling , calculate feeds and speeds, and apply necessary offsets.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment (micrometres, vernier callipers, gauges) to ensure strict adherence to tolerances.
Troubleshoot live production, tooling, or programming issues on the shop floor.
Maintain high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality control.

What We Are Looking For
Proven hands-on experience as a CNC Machinist with strong capabilities in both milling and turning .
Confidence with CNC control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Heidenhain, Mazak, or Siemens).
Ability to work with minimal supervision and take pride in first-time-right precision.
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
