The role of the Senior Designer Scaffolding will involve:
Senior Designer position dealing with various scaffolding & temporary works for residential, commercial and industrial projects
Lead glazing design from tender through to construction, ensuring compliance with requirements and UK standards.
Review specifications to identify risks and opportunities early.
Align design with budget and programme in coordination with commercial, estimating, and procurement teams.
Act as the main technical contact, managing stakeholders and approving subcontractor designs.
Ensure timely, high-quality design delivery while supporting testing, compliance, and buildability on site.
Designing for a broad range of independent to national projects
The ideal applicant will be a Senior Designer Scaffolding with:
Must have extensive Design experience
Must have experience or strong understanding of scaffolding or temporary works
Ideally come from a background in the plant hire / access solutions sector
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High levels of attention to detail and organisation
Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
Enthusiastic, xwzovoh team player, who works well individually also
