This role will help us to do this by providing a professional plastering service that delivers an excellent customer experience adhering to health and safety regulations and organisational policies and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out all aspects of plastering works to customers’ homes and empty properties.
* Undertaking supplementary-skilled tasks
* Delivering an excellent customer experience by understanding the different needs of our customers and tailoring your approach.
* Leaving customers’ homes clean and safe
* Reporting any potential repairs and safeguarding issues that you notice in the customers’ homes
* Updating your PDA in real time on a job’s status and communicate with planners if customers are not at home or jobs are not viable.
From time to time, you may be asked to undertake the following supplementary-skilled tasks such as:
* Remove, refit and renew skirting and architraves
* Undertake all DPC works and tanking
* Rendering to external walls
* Remove and refit rainwater and soil pipes
We need people who are/can:
* Hold a City and Guilds Parts I, II or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering
* Undertake plastering work and associated multitasking activities in customers' homes
* Have sound building and construction knowledge
* Have good general building maintenance repair knowledge
Due to the nature of the role a basic DBS check and valid driving licence are essential.
