Composite Laminator

Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Composite Laminators to support a high-performance Motorsport / F1 project based in Leicestershire. This role offers a long-term contract with competitive rates across night, and weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Laminating composite components using pre-preg materials • Working to high-quality standards within a fast-paced motorsport environment • Following technical drawings and specifications • Ensuring all work meets strict deadlines and quality requirements • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements: • Proven experience as a Composite Laminator • Background in Motorsport / F1 or high-performance automotive • Strong knowledge of pre-preg laminating techniques • Ability to work night and weekend shifts • Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure What’s on Offer: • Competitive shift rates • 6-month contract • Outside IR35 • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Motorsport projects
