About the Role We are looking for a passionate, motivated Service Manager to oversee our domiciliary care and supported living services.

You will ensure: our service users receive safe, high-quality, empowering support that enables them to live independently in their own homes and community settings.
This is a rewarding leadership role where youll drive quality, support staff development, build strong relationships with professionals and families, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
What Youll Be Doing Leading, supervising, and developing a dedicated care team Ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care across all services Managing rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day operations Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and quality audits Handling safeguarding concerns, incidents, and CQC compliance Engaging with families, external professionals, and stakeholders Supporting the Registered Manager and deputising when required Every day will be different, and every day you will be making a positive impact.
What Were Looking For: Experience in a supervisory/management role within adult social care Strong understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused Passion for empowering adults to live independent, fulfilling lives Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care or its equivalent. xwzovoh
