Assistant Site Manager

The Role You will initially take responsibility for the completion of two plots from cradle to grave on an existing development in Sittingbourne, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in the final stages of site closure, gaining valuable experience in project completion and handover. Following this, you will transition onto a brand-new development nearby, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience from early-stage construction through to completion, with a clear pathway towards a Site Manager position.
