They are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical packages across a range of building services projects.

Role You will manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

This includes coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors, and on-site installation teams.

Key Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services / M&E Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Experience managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors Ability to deliver projects from design through to handover Strong leadership and client-facing skills Full UK driving licence Package £60,000
