As a Support Coordinator at Home Group, you wont just deliver support, youll lead it.

You have Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay for it) A valid driving licence and a vehicle insured for business purposes Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.
