We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Class 2 Driver to join us at our site in Lancaster. As a Class 2 Driver, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers by ensuring delivery, installation, service and quality of our products are maintained to a high standard.

*What You’ll Do*

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Class 2 Driver to join our team at Lancaster. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

* Delivering, installing and collecting goods to and from our Elis branch and customer locations.
* Following scheduled delivery routes accurately and efficiently.
* Complying with all road transport legislation and company policies.
* Recording deliveries and collections precisely, including handling customer queries using the correct documentation.
* Updating customer information and identifying opportunities to add value to our service.
* Ensuring the safety and security of Elis vehicles, property, and customer assets.
* Acting as a Service Ambassador, representing Elis with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintaining honest, polite, and helpful communication with all customers.
* Supporting the Transport and Operations teams with additional duties as required.
* Carrying out daily and weekly vehicle checks and adhering to driving performance standards.

*What You’ll Need*

* Full Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
* Valid CPC qualification.
* Tachograph Digi Card.
* Understanding of road transport legislation.
* You will be required to undertake a DBS check prior to starting (funded by us).

*What We Offer*

* Competitive pay: £16.53 per hour + overtime at 1.25x after 45 hours
* Shift pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm start on Sunday to Wednesdays and 7pm start on Thursday.
* 40 hours guaranteed, average 45-48 hours per week.
