We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Cover Supervisors to join a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in the Watford area.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals who want to make a positive impact in the classroom.

About the Role:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task and complete set work.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold the school's expectations.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson material - no planning or marking required.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff and support the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

• A degree or relevant experience working with young people (e.g., in education, coaching, or youth work).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and professionalism.
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
