We're supporting a well-established, rapidly expanding UK manufacturer who design and produce high-quality, bespoke commercial products. Following significant growth and future expansion plans, they are looking to add a Senior Project Coordinator to their close-knit Projects Team.
This is not a traditional construction Project Coordinator role, there are no sub-contractors to manage and no installation responsibilities. Instead, you'll coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple supply‑only projects, ensuring customers receive an exceptional, smooth and professional service from sales handover through to final completion.
The Role
You will take ownership of 20-30+ live projects at any one time (higher during peak seasons), typically valued at an average of £7-8k each. Your work will involve:
Managing projects end to end once handed over by the sales team
Liaising with CAD, production scheduling, and technical teams
Working closely with customers to finalise details, colours and layouts
Maintaining project documentation and keeping all stakeholders updated
Identifying risks, solving problems quickly and communicating changes
Ensuring projects are ready for production on time and to specification
Conducting project reviews and completing end‑of‑project reportsYou'll be part of a supportive team, reporting directly into a hands-on Team Lead, with indirect mentorship from a highly experienced senior team member.
What We're Looking For
You don't need construction experience - strong transferrable skills are key. We want someone who is:
Extremely organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Calm under pressure, resilient and adaptable
A problem-solver who can think both logically and creatively
Meticulous with detail, process-driven and comfortable with data
Proactive, hardworking and eager to contribute to continuous improvementNo specific qualifications are required - attitude, capability and drive matter most.
Full training and a structured induction will be provided, with clear opportunities to grow as the business continues its ambitious expansion.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, thriving, family-rooted business at an exciting stage of growth. You'll have real ownership, variety and impact in your role, within a supportive team that genuinely values progression, problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
If you're motivated, organised and ready to grow your career in a company where your contribution truly matters, we'd love to hear from you
