As a Store Maintenance Operative at Lidl, youll play a crucial role in the upkeep and improvement of our stores across your region. From groundwork repairs and plumbing to painting and decorating, this is the ideal role for a motivated jack-of-all-trades, who loves a bit of variety in their day-to-day.

What you'll do Carry out structural maintenance in both stores and warehouses
Attend to general building and labouring work
Put your decorating skills to good use, including painting and tiling
Confidently carry out general plumbing duties
Frequently use power tools
Undertake PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to store and work proactively to find and repair faults
What you'll need Experience in general maintenance work
Strong numeracy skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
Flexibility with regards to working hours as some evenings and weekends will be required
Relevant qualifications are desirable (i.e. NVQ, BTEC)
