Location: Hybrid / Flexible Working
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + excellent benefits
Are you an experienced Procurement professional with a passion for social housing and delivering value for money? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation playing a key role in shaping procurement excellence across the sector.
The Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering compliant, high-quality procurement solutions, working closely with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders across the social housing landscape.
You’ll manage framework contracts, support end-to-end procurement activity, and play a key role in driving best practice, performance, and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing relationships with clients and suppliers
* Delivering compliant procurement exercises and framework call-offs
* Supporting the full procurement lifecycle – from tender documentation through to contract management
* Monitoring and analysing performance data to ensure high standards are met
* Keeping up to date with procurement legislation and best practice
* Supporting the development and use of systems (e.g. CRM) to enhance delivery
* Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
About You
You’ll be a confident and commercially astute procurement professional with strong experience within social housing or a related sector.
* Strong knowledge of public sector procurement legislation and compliance
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
* A collaborative and proactive approach
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Desirable:
* CIPS / MCIPS / MRICS (or working towards)
