This is a strategic hire for someone ready to take a lead role in client development, team growth, and high-quality delivery across a broad real estate portfolio.The successful commercial property lawyer will be joining a dynamic Real Estate group that spans transactional property, disputes, planning, and construction. Key areas of focus include development, property finance, commercial occupiers, and investment work. Health & Social Care sector experience is a bonus, but not essential.This is a role for someone who's confident managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues.
