Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead the parts department. This is a key position within the business, responsible for managing a successful team while delivering excellent service to both internal departments and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day running of the parts department
Maintain stock control and ensure optimal inventory levels
Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve targets
Lead, develop, and motivate the parts team
Work closely with service and sales departments
Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Previous experience xwzovoh as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor
Automotive industry background is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Commercially aware with a results-driven approach
Good knowledge of dealership systems (DMS)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
