Airmid are now recruiting for reliable compassionate  Support Workers in the Portsmouth area , for work supporting clients in Residential Settings in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
