Amnis Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing residential care provider, seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to join their dedicated team in Winsford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Care Worker ready to step into a senior role, or an existing Senior looking for genuine career progression within a supportive and expanding organisation.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, ensuring they receive high-quality, consistent, and nurturing care within a safe residential setting.
Working as part of a strong, multidisciplinary team, you will help create a stable and supportive environment that promotes positive outcomes and long-term development for each young person.
Key Responsibilities
Support and guide the care team to meet the individual needs of young people
Deliver direct, therapeutic support to children and young people
Work collaboratively with external professionals to achieve the best outcomes
Provide supervision and support to staff in line with regulatory standards
Lead and contribute to Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings (Clinical & Education)
Support the Deputy and Registered Manager in achieving service objectives
Uphold safeguarding standards and promote a positive, nurturing environment
Requirements
Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care ( essential )
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience ( essential )
Minimum 1 year experience supporting young people in residential care ( essential )
Full UK Driving Licence ( essential )
Minimum age: 21 years
Desirable:
Level 5 in Residential Child Care

Competitive salary including sleep-in payments (£65 per sleep, approx. 2 per week)

Structured rota (typically 2 days on, 4 days off)
