A diverse pupil cohort of over 1,200 students, with around 30% identified as SEN and approximately 8% with EHCPs
Strong Progress 8 scores above national average, with Science outcomes consistently high at GCSE
A culture of high expectations, behaviour consistency, and strong SLT presence across the school in Islington
Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 as a Science ECT
Build subject knowledge and pedagogy with the support of experienced practitioners
Use assessment data effectively to support pupil progress
Contribute to intervention strategies to support SEN and high-attaining pupils
Work collaboratively within the department and wider school community in Islington
UK QTS (or on track to achieve) for this Science ECT position
Strong academic background in a Science-related degree
