This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a stable and growing team, delivering EICRs and remedial works within occupied social housing properties. With Monday to Friday working hours, consistent work volumes, and a structured onboarding process, youll have everything you need to succeed and develop in your role.

As an Electrician, you will be:
Working across Salisbury, Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas
Completing domestic EICRs (testing & inspection as the core of your day)
Carrying out remedial works identified during inspections
Producing accurate certification and compliant paperwork
Travelling between properties while maintaining high safety standards
Providing a professional service within occupied homes

18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds 2391 (essential)
AM2 (preferred)
Experience completing EICRs end-to-end
A full UK driving licence
Previous experience working in social housing or property maintenance (preferred)

The role is offering the following benefits:

Test kit and power tools supplied
Annual bonus scheme (around 5%)
Call-out rota with additional earnings (around £30 per day standby + £50 per call-out)

This Electrician role is offering a base salary of around £40,000, with a temp-to-perm option available and additional earnings through call-out and bonus schemes. Contract rates are also available at approximately £25 per hour with a higher charge rate.

Location & travel
This Electrician role is based across the South West, covering a patch from Salisbury down to Bournemouth and Poole, with flexibility depending on where you live. Work is spread across Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire and surrounding areas, offering a good mix of coastal and regional coverage.
