Overview
We are supporting a large-scale Microsoft 365 transformation programme where AI-driven functionality, including Copilot, is being introduced across the digital workplace within a leading organisation. As part of the go-live and hypercare phase, we require experienced Training Support Consultants to help end users adopt new ways of working across tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, alongside their embedded AI features.
The first 2 weeks of the project will be a Train the Trainer (TTT) phase, where all Training Consultants will be upskilled on the new AI tool that have been integrated across Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and Word.

Job Title: M365 Training Support Consultant (Go-Live)
Start Date: July/August 2026
Project : M365 AI Adoption
Location: On-site / Hybrid (UK-wide travel)
Duration: 4 months (Go-Live + Hypercare)
Day Rate: £380/day (Inside IR35)

Responsibilities

Deliver training on M365 tools
Provide floorwalking support
Run workshops and drop-in sessions
Promote best practices
Support change initiatives

Requirements

Experience delivering M365 training
Strong communication skills
Rollout experience
Ability to support non-technical users
