• Creating eye-catching visual merchandising that captures attention and drives footfall
• Building genuine connections with customers, turning first-time shoppers into loyal fans
• Coaching and developing your team to sell smarter and deliver consistent results
• Keeping store operations running smoothly and efficiently — every day, every shift
