Temporary Administrator – Heysham (NRL Ltd) We are seeking a highly organised Temporary Administrator to support our Heysham office in preparation for the upcoming Heysham 2 outage. This role is available for an immediate start and will run for a fixed-term period of 4 months. This role is heavily focused on the coordination and processing of CTC security vetting and will involve managing a high-volume workload within strict timeframes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently to meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, processing, and tracking CTC security vetting applications Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with required standards Liaising with candidates and site access teams to obtain required information Proactively following up on outstanding information via phone and email Maintaining organised, up-to-date records Managing multiple vetting packs simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesRequirements: Previous administrative experience within an office environment Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload Strong organisational and communication skillsDesirable: Previous experience in security vetting (CTC or similar) Understanding of GDPR and handling sensitive informationThis is a temporary position supporting a critical project and requires someone who can hit the ground running. It would suit a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently with minimal supervision. Full training and ongoing support will be provided throughout the placement.
