Production Operative

Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern - 06:00hrs - 18:00hrs Company Transport is provided from Swindon or Chippenham. As a Production Operative, you will play an essential role in the production process, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products for a leading free-range and organic egg producer. Key Responsibilities: * Work as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently. * Assist in the preparation and packing of products. * Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality at all times. * Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure food safety compliance. * Support team leaders and managers in achieving daily targets.
