Conrad Consulting are working with a respected consultancy in Oxfordshire as they look to appoint a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.
You’ll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects across the region, taking responsibility for cost planning, measurement, tender documentation, contract administration and client liaison. The role would suit someone with a solid grounding in consultancy QS work who is eager to develop professionally and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Requirements
Experience within a UK consultancy environment
Strong technical knowledge across pre‑ and post‑contract stages
Confident communicator with the ability to build client relationships
Progressing toward MRICS (or keen to do so)
