Pharmacist - GP Surgery

Locum Pharmacist Required – GP Surgery Start: ASAP Duration: 12 weeks Location: Slough Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Days: Monday - Friday We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join a busy GP surgery on a temporary basis. Role Responsibilities: * Medication reviews and patient consultations * Supporting GPs with prescribing queries * Managing repeat prescriptions * Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines Key Requirements: * Registered GPHC Pharmacist with relevant qualifications * Previous experience working within a GP surgery or primary care setting * Proficient in using EMIS Health clinical system * Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach * Excellent communication and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive healthcare team and make a real difference in patient care
