Are you a high-performing sales professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is a growing manufacturer operating from their new, state-of-the-art facility in Irvine. As part of their continued growth they are looking for a Field Sales Manager to manage and develop a well-established portfolio of clients across Scotland and the North of England. Key Responsibilities · Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts. · Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region. · Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customers. · Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to wider business goals. · Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular sales reporting. · Represent the company at client meetings and industry events. What We're Looking For · Proven experience in B2B sales IDEALLY within the Timber industry or similar (offsite construction or modular solutions background may be considered). · Consultative sales style with strong customer focus. · Commercially aware, strategic, and solutions driven. · Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels. · Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed. · Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory. · Willingness to travel regularly across Scotland and the North of England.
