About the role

Registered Manager – Supported Living Services Location: Swansea & Bridgend Area Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Hours: Full-time Visa Sponsorship: Not available We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead multiple supported living services for adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. In this role you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of services, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Responsible Individual to maintain compliance, drive quality improvements, and support the development of a strong, person-centred workforce. Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day running of multiple supported living services Provide strong leadership, supervision, and development of staff teams Ensure high standards of person-centred care, independence, and wellbeing Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies Work in partnership with the Responsible Individual to support governance, audits, and service improvement Oversee quality assurance, care planning, and risk management processes Manage staffing, rotas, and resources effectively across services Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing or leading services supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, or autism Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills Good knowledge of relevant care regulations and quality frameworks (particularly CIW/RISCA) Experience in safeguarding, risk management, and multi-agency working Confident using IT systems and managing care records Desirable: Experience managing multiple services or supported living provisions Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches Experience working alongside senior leadership (e.g. Responsible Individual) Full UK driving licence What We Offer: Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum Full-time position Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive working environment with a strong focus on quality care and staff wellbeing If you are a compassionate and experienced leader with a strong background in supported living, we would love to hear from you.
