Are you a Gas Engineer or Technical Officer with compliance or supervisory experience and are looking for a new role? With a strong focus on regulatory compliance across key areas such as gas, electrical, fire safety and water hygiene, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards across their housing stock. In this role, you will take responsibility for overseeing gas compliance across the portfolio, managing subcontractors, auditing works and ensuring all servicing and maintenance is carried out in line with Gas Safe regulations. You'll also support wider compliance activities and play a part in adopting new technologies and improving service delivery. This is a predominantly office-based role in Blackpool, with some flexibility to work from home, offering a supportive and non-corporate environment where the focus is on getting the job done without micromanagement.
