A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in the North West is seeking a Professional Negligence Construction Solicitor to join its specialist disputes team. The Role

From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to a broad range of contentious construction and professional negligence matters, including:

• Advising clients on claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors
• Handling disputes relating to defective design, project delays, and professional standards
• Managing claims involving negligence, breach of contract, and associated losses
• Conducting litigation, adjudication, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, expert instructions, and settlement agreements
• Working closely with insurers, developers, contractors, and commercial clients
• Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
