The Role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, youll support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, while guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues. xwzovoh Your role will include:
Acting as a role model and leading shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Building strong, positive relationships with young people
Supporting education, leisure activities, and daily routines
Contributing to care planning and safeguarding responsibilities
What were looking for
You must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Previous experience working in residential childcare
Ability to manage challenging behaviour with resilience and professionalism
Flexibility to work long day shifts (7am10pm) and participate in sleep-ins
