About the role
The Company
* A large national and growing Industrial and commercial recruitment agency are seeking to add experienced agency recruitment consultants to several of their branches. This role is based in Kings Hill area in Kent.
* This is one of 12 national offices in a growing agency that has gone from £15m turnover to £50mill turnover within a couple of years. It is a very exciting time to join with lots of future progression and opportunity for the right ambitious person.
* The agency specialises in Industrial and logistics as well as focusing on some other connected areas.
The Role
* Please note this is a 360-agency role and will suit someone that has at least 2 years’ experience in this environment.
* Targeted on desk growth, come on board, do BD and expand existing desk increasing GP
The Selling Points
* Warm desk to take over for an experienced consultant, that is actively billing £12K plus a month
* There is a central delivery team that can resource some roles so you can focus on bringing in large accounts and managing the client side. The more you bring in the more the delivery team can support you.
* Earn commission from day 1 as there are active contractors out.

* Strong compliance and admin team supporting you to free up time for sales
* Team working culture, client focussed, deliver as a team to make sure client is happy, do splits, share roles etc make it work as a team to make sure client gets what they need.
* Top performers trips to international locations like Barcelona in Summer and potentially Ski trips in winter.
* Hours 8am to 4:30pm, 4pm finish on Friday. End of month 3:30pm finish and usually team drinks to follow.
* Commission 10% - uncapped no threshold
The Requirements
* Need Driving license due to location and to be able to visit clients locally
* Need to be ambitious to grow as the company grows, they have undertaken several acquisitions in the last couple of years and are still growing.
* Need to have industrial or driving recruitment experience or experience in a similar industry to transition into the role.
* This will suit someone that has done temps fast paced high volume recruitment not Perm or exec search.
* Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience to be able to take over and run with existing desk and grow it
