I’m currently recruiting for experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors to join a busy line maintenance operation in London, supporting a modern Embraer fleet in a high-frequency airport environment.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be leading day-to-day maintenance activity across scheduled and unscheduled work, defect rectification, and AOG recovery. You’ll be right in the mix with the team, not sat on the side-lines.

Fast-paced, high standards, and a proper operational environment where no two shifts are ever the same.

What I’m looking for

• UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 Licence
• Strong line maintenance background
• Previous supervisory experience in aviation maintenance
• Confident decision maker in operational pressure situations
• Good technical understanding across aircraft systems
• Current Embraer 190 type rating is desirable however type training will be provided to successful candidates.
• Airside pass eligibility

Total package

• Up to £92,000 total earnings in year 1 (including shift allowance and bonus)
• £3,000 sign-on bonus
• E190 type course for licenced engineers without this already
